Young Entrepreneur Group Criteria
- 3 group members required
- Maximum age: 40 years
- Minimum education: 16 years
- Lead applicant: 3 years experience
- Only one application allowed per group
Important: Government employees and PSRP Phase I & II license holders are not eligible. Police character certificates are mandatory.
Individual Applicant Criteria
- Minimum education: 16 years
- Experience: 7 years post-qualification
- Maximum age: 65 years
- Government employees not eligible
Police clearance and accurate documentation are required.

Ed-Tech Firms Requirements
- SECP or government registration
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Worked with at least 5 institutions
- Minimum 10 schools cluster experience

Educational Chain Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience
- At least 10 schools/colleges operated
- 3 years audited financial records
- Board approval required
Presentation and affidavit against blacklisting are compulsory.
NGO / CSO Eligibility
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Non-commercial educational or social work
- At least 10 schools application capacity
- 3 years audited reports required
Board approval and presentation are also required.
